To register your place to attend this one-day eCMID Accreditation Training Course, please complete this simple form. The cost of the training day is GBP £450, to include course materials, tea, coffee and lunch. I understand that I will be invoiced in GBP before attending the course once I have received, completed and returned the formal course registration form which you will send me on receipt of my online application. Course fees must be paid prior to the training day. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel, postpone or re-schedule a course due to any circumstances including those beyond our control.
