DESCRIPTION:In April 2017\, Marine Surveying Academy (an International Inst
 itute of Marine Surveying subsidiary that runs and manages the eCMID progr
 amme on behalf of IMCA) ran the inaugural Accredited Vessel Inspector Conf
 erence in Amsterdam. Such was the success of the day and given the high nu
 mber of AVIs in the Far East\, it has been decided to run a similar such e
